What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove the following information:

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company details
Property Data: Property listings, photos, videos, tour content you've uploaded
Usage Data: Analytics, interaction history, preferences
Communication Records: Support tickets, email correspondence
Billing Information: Payment history, invoices (subject to legal requirements)
Third-Party Connections: Facebook, Google, and other integrated account data

We verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletions

Within 24 hours

Data Deletion

We permanently delete your data from our active systems

Within 30 days

Confirmation

You receive confirmation that your data has been deleted

Important Information

⚠️ Irreversible Action

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to download any important data before submitting your request.

📋 Legal Retention

Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., financial records for tax purposes) as required by law, typically for 7 years.

🔄 Backup Systems

Data may persist in backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion from active systems. These backups are not accessible and will be automatically purged.

🔗 Third-Party Services

You may need to separately delete data from third-party services (Facebook, Google, etc.) that you've connected to your LeaseMagnets account.
